Nació en el Bronx, Nueva York, en 1953, donde vivió hasta los 30 años, cuando se mudó a la Argentina para cubrir el Juicio a las Juntas y desde entonces se radicó aquí. Actualmente trabaja como corresponsal de la Cadena norteamericana ABC News. Ganó el premio Emmy como productor del documental sobre la Dictadura Argentina The Dirty War para 60 Minutes, CBS. A lo largo de 30 años trabajó en televisión para distintas cadenas internacionales como BBC, Channel Four, Sat-1, RTL, NHK y Fuji, O Globo. Y colaboró en muchos medios gráficos como The Village Voice, Newsweek, Miami Herald, Florida Sun Sentinel, The Sunday Times, agencia UPI, entre otros.
He was born in the Bronx, New York, in 1953, where he lived until he was 30 years old. He moved to Argentina to cover the Military Trials and since then he settled here. He is currently working as a correspondent for the US network ABC News. He won the Emmy Award as producer of the documentary on the Argentine dictatorship The Dirty War for 60 Minutes, CBS. Over 30 years he has worked in TV for BBC, Channel Four, Sat-1, RTL, NHK, Fuji and O Globo. And he collaborated in print for Página 12, The Village Voice, Newsweek, Miami Herald, Florida Sun Sentinel, Boston Globe, Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Times, UPI news agency, among others.
